Here starts a long awaited and much requested blog about what I can eat. I'm a second year medical student with multiple food allergies and sensitivities and I've gotten very creative with my cooking in the past few years. I often don't have much time, so I hope it's not disappointing, but perhaps it could be a resource for someone wanting 1) to see what I can eat or 2) looking for inspiration for very healthy eating!
